The technician was polite and did not flinch when he saw what had to be done. He remained cheerful and capable as he addressed a problem that had been allowed to continue for way too long. When he was unexpectedly delayed his office support and then he called and kept me informed about his arrival. I would happily recommend this company for superior professional service.
