Dynamic Roofing failed roofing job. March 17, 2022, we had several 3rd party contractors review the Dynamic roofing job and provide feedback. The consensus was this job was a complete mismanaged disaster and perhaps the worst workmanship that they have ever seen. For example, the roof trusses installed upside down, no vapor barrier and all the flat roof materials installed completely wrong. Management originally admitted the failure, then said sub-contractor insurance would pay and now denies all responsibility. Dynamic Roofing and Exteriors (2020) still refuses to return the deposit and compensate for the damages.
