Kevin, the Bosco service technician, was great. He was very thorough with the inspection. He even opened up the plenum above the furnace to check the heat exchanger. He also used a boroscope to check within the heat exchanger as well. Quite impressive. Finally, he used an analyzer to check the efficiency of the furnace as well as checking for carbon monoxide. Great service and great technician. I highly recommend.

I have been using Leo Electric For over 20 years. They are always punctual, however, if they are running behind, will call to let you know. The most recent job involved putting some exterior wiring, GFCIs and breakers on the panel. The job was done professionally, neatly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend using their service.

I have trusted the service of my HVAC systems for 2 of my properties to LB Heating & Air Conditioning for 4 years now. Their service technicians do a thorough inspection of your furnace and a/c system. Recently had another company come in to do an inspection/cleaning/check up, which they failed and then called LB. They solved the problem instantly and ensured that the complete system was working flawlessly.

Had an a/c service check up done. The service tech failed to check the condensate drain which was plugged. I had to call someone else in and paid $189 for something that should have been done initially. When I called their customer service line, I spoke to someone who would get someone to call me - still waiting.
