I called more than 10 companies to clean dryer and bathroom vents, and chose CanAir because the technician took the time to answer all my questions (at 7:30pm) and was so helpful and professional. I was pleasantly surprised this company actually emailed me the list of jobs done plus pictures of before and after! I used another company to clean the air ducts 6 months ago, but wasn't sure if they did a good job since the service was poor. The agreement with CanAir was if the technician thinks the air ducts were not cleaned well by the previous company, he would just go ahead to clean and charge my VISA card. I was pleasantly surprised he didn't think the ducts needed more cleaning. He could have told me they are dirty and charged me, but he didn't. So honest! The result and service are beyond my expectations. Thank you Gus and Connie! I will certainly call you again!
