Our old Kenmore Elite dryer had a plastic piece that snapped off, thereby causing the dryer not to run. Not only was Maydone Appliance Repair the first call back we had but Max explained our options clearly. we chose to have a diagnostic done and proceed from there. Another Max arrived at the appointed time, was cordial and professional working quickly. The problem was temporarily fixed. We are seniors and for financial reasons are contemplating our next step. Thank you Maydone and Max.
