I contacted Tack Construction after I discovered litres of water had leaked into my basement. As the entry point appeared to be an exhaust vent, the sealing of the siding around the vent was suspect. After some investigation, Tack Construction identified the source to be an improperly installed window from a recent renovation. Repairs were carried out at the window and the surrounding siding to ensure a proper seal and weather proofing. The repairs were a success. No further leaking has occurred in subsequent and substantial downpours. I would use Tack Construction in the future and recommend them.
