Ive had a HORRIBLE experience with Dave & AR Wright. First off, he is always late and even forgets about the appointment, and when you ask him about it (good luck if he ever picks up), he comes up with some excuses! even he claims that his phone is being acting weird lately!!!! I have a very simple heating system in my apartment, and when he came in, he changed the valve switch and charged me parts and labor $540, and as soon as he punched my credit card numbers on his cell, he bailed, without even testing the system! I assumed he knew what he was doing and had checked everything, just to realize shortly after that I had the exact same issue. I had to call him again, but after so many tries, he finally agreed to come back next day morning at 8am. But next day, he didnt show up, I had to call him again as I needed to go to work. He finally arrived 1/2hr late and complain about being busy at the office and that he completely forgot about our appointment!!! I left to work and told him to shut the door when he is done. I didn't hear from him for hours, until I text him, he responded that the heating system is working fine now. So as you see, he didn't even bother to text me and let me know. Anyways, he told me that my old valve switch was OK and only the internal parts of the valve itself needed to be changed, but not only he didnt installed back my perfectly functional old switch, he took it with him and charged me $250 for a new valve switch!!! Even for the valve internal parts he used my part and not his! I went home in the afternoon, just to find out, still there is a problem with the system and it doesn't work. Yes, hes left without testing the system once again. I was really getting frustrated, I sent a message to Dave again, and asked him if he can have a look at the problem again tomorrow morning? and he replied Sure followed by a smiley face :). Next day, in the afternoon, I asked him if he went to my place in the morning, and he replied no, that was all I got from him, not even an excuse of why he didn't! I asked him if he is going to? but no response! This is what I get for not taking peoples reviews seriously, thinking that this company is close to my house so it would be more convenient for me, or my heating system is so basic and doesn't really need much to be fixed, or probably the other bad reviews are for more complex issues, or some personal grudges, and so on... all these wrong thinking have given me such a stressful experience! He was irresponsible, non-responsive, unprofessional and in some instances I thought he didn't even know what he was doing, he looked confused! He asked me if the pump was working!!! He didn't even know which one was the pump?!!! Wouldn't you agree that it could be very dangerous letting someone like him, tampering with your sensitive gas-powered system?! I lost the money, although is not the money that made me write this review, but their absolute irresponsibility, horrible punctuality, terrifying responsiveness and lack of knowledge. This review is written for you, the customer, don't make the same mistake as me, ALWAYS take peoples reviews seriously. If you value your time, your money and hate headache and stress, avoid them at all cost.
