Unfortunately had a lot of challenges with our new gutter installation. Our salesperson, Bob, was amazing and very professional and the primary reason we chose Weatherguard. However there were issues with gutter removal, scheduling, invoicing and initial installation errors. It was a very challenging experience. In the end, Ryan did a great job with the final installation, but it required multiple trips to address the mistake with the initial installation. Please also make note that the company may charge a 3% surcharge for "material, waste, fuel", which appeared without warning on the final invoice. I really don't like providing negative reviews, but given the numerous issues described, needed to highlight these concerns. I would give bob and ryan high marks overall, but given the other issues, I think a rating in the middle is fair.
