Great same day service. Very professional job. I was impressed with the type of mounting he used, very secure and professional looking. Line was tagged and labeled. Too many times I have had contractors show up with insufficient parts and tools to do the job, but not this time. Seemed well stocked and hide the right equipment to do what was needed.

We have used Kevin's services a number of times and have always been very happy. Always shows up on time and have never had to have anything done over. We have always found Kevin to be very professional and personable, it's like having an old friend come by when he does work for us. Thanks again Steamworks, the carpets, couches and seat cushions look like new again!

Excellent Company! James arrived at the scheduled time for the estimate and I could tell right away that this was a professional company. I had at least 4 other companies come to give estimates and James was the only one that actually had a conversation with me about what my options were, what would be the best for my home, and give recommendations based on my concerns. All the others either left it up to me with my limited knowledge or TOLD me what they were going to do despite my questions and concerns. James contacted me with an approximate start day dependant on weather and the materials and dumpster showed up the day before they started. All the materials were here on site exactly as ordered and they crew started first thing in the morning on the day scheduled. Weather was on and off that week, however the guys showed up every morning rain or shine to let me know what the plan was for the day. Whenever the weather was clear they were up there. Ours was a bit bigger job as we had all the wood replaced as well. They sprayed all the rafters and joists with Mold Control as agreed and everything was done exactly as per the contract. James came by the day after the job to make sure everything was good and to collect the payment which was exactly the agreed price. Great job by Thomas and his crew, thanks for all your hard work.
