They are OK , but not realy OK, year after when my windows were install, i send a email re difected frame, untill today i didn't hear from them. So not too good, My windows were done 2011 - 2012, i sent, message year after. No respond untill today, and they claim 10 years waranty!?

When i call I spoke with live person on the phone, I set the appontment for the same day even though after working hourst. The ignition for the gas oven was replaced imediately, and after the test with the oven if works properly the mechanic lef my house. I'm please with the service
