These guys were great - super friendly, extremely helpful, and got the job done really well. Moving is a stressful time and working with them was the least stressful part of it.

Ilia and his team did a great job on my windows. First of all, Ilia is very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to decide what kind of windows to get. He won't try to sell you things you don't need or make you spend any unnecessary money. In fact, he encouraged me to make choices that saved money. The installers came and did a great job and now my house looks 100 times better than before, so bright and new. It was a great investment and I'm definitely going to call Ilia again when I'm ready for future window and door projects. I wish he did more than just windows and doors because he is so nice and easy to work with, I wish I could get him to fix my whole house!

I have a large Norway Maple that is leaning and I was worried it was falling. James responded to my request promptly and was at my house within 48 hours. He gave me a lot of information on my tree, basically letting me know that the tree was healthy and it was not necessary to take down as well as informing me about my legal responsibilities regarding the tree and neighbours. He could have very easily told me that the tree needed to be removed and made some money, but instead he was perfectly honest, let me know that the tree was fine, and calmed my worries. He's a really nice guy and I will definitely contact him for any future arborist-related matters!

I am very happy with the work the Waterproofer did. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and respectful. They did the whole job quickly and left things looking better than when they arrived. Stephen was extremely helpful and explained what was going on in my basement very clearly - no gimmicks or sales pitches. I really appreciate their work and I will be asking them to finish waterproofing the remaining 2 walls of my house as soon as I can.
