We had recently bought a home and the previous home owner had the hot water tank installed by a contractor who did not follow local codes or manufacture recommendations for the gas piping and venting. This resulted in a B tag from the local utility provider, requiring us to fix with in 41 days. Bains Heating & Air came to our home quickly and made the corrections to the previous installation, reviewed the work plan with the utility provider and cleared the tag, placing the unit back into service with no further issues. Would highly recommend and use again for future work. The technicians communicated well and delivered quality results.
