Having not heard of this company, we decided to take a chance and go into their showroom. We were initially greeted by Josie, the showroom manager, who does so much in the office. Most impressed by her friendly and knowledgeable manner, Josie provided us with exceptional customer service. We left there, with much more information than we expected, as well as a strong inclination to purchase our two doors from the company. Josie patiently guided us through the process, providing us with expert advice, addressing all of our many questions, and coordinating everything from start to finish. The installers were excellent, working professionally and expediently at their task. The owner, Ron, was also most helpful when we required some additional help after the job was completed. We are very happy with our doors, and strongly recommend Door Builder to anyone interested in receiving a quality product and excellent customer service. Well-done!
