We had a leak in the roof of our garage. I went up a ladder and saw a shingle had blown off exposing the joint between plywood sheets. I called Leonard and explained what I saw. It was a small job for a roofer but important for me. In spite of how busy his crew was he came himself within a few hours, looked at the problem and fixed the shingle and added waterproofing around it. The cost was very reasonable and so efficiently completed. I'll be calling luxury roofing when the shingles need replacing in a few years.
