Doug is amazing, my ac was blowing hot air, called Doug, within a couple of hours he was at my place looking at the unit unfortunately the unit had so much ice build up he couldnt do anything, he turned off the unit and came back the next morning he ended up repairing my unit saving me a lot, Im sure any one of these big companies would have said it needed to be replaced, Doug repaired it and told me I could still get a couple of years from it, love the honesty and how fast he responded, definitely my go to guy in the future
