Never pulled the dishwasher out to see the prob. Took bottom plate off peeked under and said it was garbage go buy a new one. Said it would cost $650 to repair and then other prob would arise. He said he couldn't see the wires because they were chewed down so far he wouldn't know what wires go where. My husband pulled it right out a d there was the prob he matched up the wires put them back together and now it works just fine. No thanks to theverrvice man.
