Suzanne is true to the name of her company, a breath of fresh air. She is very thorough and a hard worker! And she is honest!! I had an issue with my coil pan and other companies and HVAC techs would only talk about replacing my entire central unit or replacing the coil. Suzanne showed up and thoroughly examined the issue and stated that there was no need to replace the unit so that was never entertained, She took out the pan that was rusted and had several large holes that were causing leaks when the AC was on. She cleaned it and repaired the holes and also cleaned out the system. My unit has been running beautifully since and I'm going to book her to clean the furnace for the winter season. Highly recommend Suzanne for any and all of your HVAC needs. Bill
