Why do you need this

after a year of frustration and excuses and delays this company has finally got this pool heater operational. We made the mistake of paying up front and have since been struggling to get them to fix the leaks and replace.a broken panel. The install is not what I would expect for the price we paid. Looks like a do it yourself project.
