I have more than a few issues with this company but the worst one is our stairs. They capped the stairs going into our basement but they didnt seal them so they are very loose. As a result, they are cracking. The first stair cracked within 2 months of completion. We tried contacting them by phone and by email, but they never got back to us. I tried the head office number but it is no longer in service. These guys are supposed to be accredited by the BBB which begs the question, how low is their bar??
