I can't thank Synergie Fraicheur enough for their incredible service! During a brutal heat wave, my elderly parent's thermopompe air conditioning stopped working, and we were in a state of panic. From the moment I called, the experience was seamless and reassuring. Special kudos to the wonderful secretary Shireen who was not only kind and empathetic but also efficiently scheduled our appointment despite their busy schedule. Her professionalism and understanding truly made a difference. A huge shout out to the repairman, Josh, who arrived promptly and fixed the unit in no time. He was so courteous, and had my parent's home cool and comfortable again in record time.
