Yevhen's response time was super fast. His technician Ivan was polite, efficient and diagnosed our Samsung Washer's issues within minutes. The service call charge was waived when we accepted their recommendation and proceeded with the work. They also provided at 90 day warranty for parts and labour on the repair. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.
