Neil, the tech they sent, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on-site. My gas stove burner now lights reliably again. Very reasonable price as well.

Called Chris and his associate out to fix a seam that formed after another company installed our countertop. They did a great job and everything looks perfect.

Not sure its even a real company
End of January 2023 they came out to look at a faulty burner on stove. Technician tried wiping it down for a while, didn't know how to open up the stove. Charged $350 (out of $430) and said it would be a couple weeks to get the replacement part. I called about 1.5 months later asking for an update, they said a tech would call me. I was polite. Two weeks later, still no update, so I try calling back, only this time I can't get through. Looks like my number is blocked. Friends on other phones can get through, but not me. BEWARE!
