The folks from Sienna Painting were a delight to work with. We had them do a medium interior job this summer and were thrilled with how knowledgeable and efficient they were, as well as how considerate and pleasant they were to have around. (Our dog especially loved Hannah and Sheldon!) We will definitely work with them again in the future.

Our water heater failed and I reached Sam by phone (after he was recommended by the manufacturer and HomeStars). He was able to walk me through a reset and to diagnose the problem over the phone. This bought us time -- and hot showers -- while we took a couple of days to arrange for a part replacement visit. He was professional and efficient.

We discovered a minor gas leak in old basement piping Sunday eve and had all our gas service shut down by Enbridge. I sent some emails last night and heard from Keith at General Gas Service shortly after 8am on Monday. He worked with my schedule and arrived, fixed the leak and was done again by 11:15am, but not before giving me a valuable orientation on some aspects of our gas infrastructure. He didn't try to upsell us on ANYTHING. He was delightful to work with and we will use him again should we need anything gas/furnace related, no question.
