I called on a Friday morning with a non-emergency issue and was surprised to hear that a technician could be there that afternoon. He showed up right on time (actually - even earlier, but with a phone call first!). Devon diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate and apologized profusely that he did not have the correct size replacement in the truck. He was back the next working day and finished the job. Very professional and very courteous!

Mohamed provides excellent products combined with excellent customer service. We recently moved into a resale home with no existing window coverings. He came to the home prior to closing to measure and was able to be there the day before our move in date to install the shutters and blinds. It is rare in this day and age to find such a high level of customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Paramount Blinds & Shutters.
