I had purchased a Lux window from someone on Facebook market place and it had a different casing on it and was struggling to figure out what to do with the frame. I went directly to Lux windows and Amanda was super knowledgeable and helped me find a solution. She went above and beyond when she didn't have to. She is fantastic. I will use her in the future for my windows on the rest of my house.
