Unfortunately, Raywal still has not been able to complete our project. They measured the space incorrectly, then finished one of our cabinets incorrectly - TWICE! I called to see what the status is and apparently there is no one working today (Friday before a long weekend, so my stuff isn't a priority for them?) The head of their service department in a very condescending tone tells me this is the nature of their business, it happens all the time and nothing he can do. To add insult to injury when I asked to be put through to someone more senior, the receptionist put me through to a non activated voicemail. So I am left with little choice but to take my concerns to a public forum in the hopes that they might get addressed. Unfortunately, we're having a wedding at our house this weekend and there is a big gaping hole in our kitchen where our cabinet should be. DEFINITELY, would not recommend them to a friend (or my worse enemy for that matter), Oh did I mention they already have full payment - maybe another reason they are not concerned about finishing the job?
