We hired Unique Painting to freshen up the exterior of our home. We have a Tudor style home and needed the stucco board refreshed. Ben and his team were awesome. Ben came to quote and offered a quote that was more than reasonable. The crew that came was very respectful of our home and property. We would definitely use them again.
Chimney And Window Sill Repair
Paul came to repair our chimney and did a wonderful job. He worked hard and was very thorough. He honoured his quote to the penny! We had him back to replace the mortar on all of our window sills and again he did a great job. He was very respectful of not only our property but the property of our neighbour as well. He noticed that one of their windows was open and asked me to contact them and ask them to close it as the removal of the mortar creates quite a bit of dust. I will have him back in the spring to repair our flagstone porch. Thanks again Paul.

Earlier this month we had two screens replaced; the patio door and a window. John came to our home for both the quote and the repair. He was pleasant and efficient. We had the pleasure of working with MaxSpace Stone Works for our bathroom reno. They provided us with a beautiful 105" quartz counter top (Caesar Stone) with double under mount sinks. We had provided the sinks and there was an issue with colour variance that wasn't noticed until after installation. Tony suggested replacement sinks from Bosco and Tran arranged for them to be picked up so that we could ensure colour matching in our home before replacing. Everyone was so very helpful and accommodating. A special thanks to Peter for all his hard work in replacing our sinks. We look forward to our next bathroom reno and once again working with MaxSpace.

Elite Tree Service removed 2 very large trees from our property in November. Vince came out to quote on the job. He was very pleasant and quoted a very fair and reasonable price. We had several other tree removal companies in to quote but none seemed as genuine as Vince. His crew members were awesome as well. They came when they said they would and did a fabulous job. Our kitchen was rather small and the layout a bit difficult. Shavan designed for us a beautiful kitchen with not a square inch of wasted space. Quality materials also impressive.
