I recently replaced my old 3-tab roof shingles with architectural with Elite. I am satisfied with the service Tracy and Jin and their team from Elite provided, as Tracy and Jin were very responsive and patient from the get-go. Over the consultation, Jin did get up on the roof for inspection before Tracy provided me with an itemized quote after. Jin also assessed the ventilation and recommended adding tower vents to ensure adequate outlet surface area, closing of a few smaller vents for ventilation balance, as well as adding two conventional vents on top of the garage, which is of its own separate roof. They explained the pros and cons of tower vents vs turbine. The pricing was clear and fair. The team came in at around 830 AM, set up perimeter, and worked almost tirelessly until 9 PM. Luckily, they managed to finish before it's dark. However, Jin did forewarn me apologetically that there may still be nails spreading around the lawn because of the grass length and darkness, as much as his team's effort to picking up nails with the magnet wheels. The installation looks great. Everything installed as per code and as per the shingle manufacturer's recommendation to ensure anti-wind performance, including ice-water shields, 6-nails application, etc. Tracy and Jin were very responsive to many of my questions post-work, and gave me answers I am satisfied with. There are a few little things that I saw as areas of improvement in terms of regency (e.g., debris and some small garbage). Tracy and Jin took it to heart, apologized, and were grateful of my feedback. I did observe the improvement when the crew came in to clean up my lawn, as well as my neighbor's by canvassing with the magnet wheels and visual inspection. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend this company. Value-for-money, detailed assessment, responsiveness, and after-sales support are the big pluses to me that Elite has offered.
