Felt comfortable and confident with the job being done as discussed and agreed at a reasonable price agreed upon. (No surprises or aggressive sales pitch which I have experienced with other companies - some supposedly reputable ones.) Particularly, I appreciated good communication and responsiveness of the team to all my queries and concerns.
