We hired Alex to fix a chip on our white quartz, right after he left we found out a stain where he just put all his tools and liquids. We called him right away, he screamed at us and said the stain is not from his tools or liquids. We asked him to come back and have a look, but he said it is extra $150 to go back. We suggest asking for warranty before you hire him and check surrounding area before he leave. We don't recommend Alex to anyone.
