I am the tenant and woke up in the middle of the night and found water everywhere in the laundry area near the furnace. The leaking was getting bad and flooded the bathroom. I finally contacted the landlord and we were both panic. We did not know where the leak was but there was dirty water all over the laundry area and bathroom. I contacted my good friend for a plumber recommendation. Paul was recommended and he was here within an hour. He found out the leak and fixed all the damaged parts and areas effectively. We are very much appreciate with Paul's prompt action. He also checked other pipes to ensure no other unknown damage. We have added Paul to our contact list and we would highly recommend Paul to anyone for his prompt response and professionalism.
