I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Trillium and would NOT recommend them. I moved a one bedroom condo from Toronto to Calgary. When I received the goods, my fireplace was damaged and there were many boxes missing, as well as a night stand which has been in my family for 30 years. I filed for reimbursment a month ago and have not been reimbursed, nor have any of my goods been located. Also, I ended up paying much more than anticipated because they claimed my shipment was 2400 hundred lbs- this with the ONLY large piece of furniture being a fireplace (no bed, table, couch, etc).
