Bad quality, no customer service
They subcontract crews and I got a bad quality work. To wash, add polymeric sand and deal. The common practice is: 1. Wash out al Interlock joints. 2. Hand remove weed roots if any 3. Apply polymeric sand next day once it's dry. 4. Compact/vibrate to eliminate voids 5. Spray water carefully for sand to react 6. Apply sealant next day once it is dry. In my case, they waded out, didn't remove some roots, didn't compact and or vibrate, just Brum it, didn't apply spray water but sealer right away even I complaint. The results" Voids appeared in a few weeks Weeds started again. Alex never answered to me again. Be careful.
