They had us visit their tile supplier to select the perfect bathroom tiles, which gave us control over the final look. For example, while other companies wanted to tear up the basement floor to work around a pipe in the proposed bedroom area, Petta recommended building the closet around it, hiding the pipe completely from view when the closet door is closed.
