Purchased new carpet from them about 9 months ago. Also had an area rug made from the same rug. The carpet and rug both have developed a sour/bitter smell that we cannot get out. We have had professional carpet cleaners come in and still it wont go away. Did some digging and it turns out sometimes some of this older carpet develops bacteria when its laying around in warehouses for too long. Ive called and left messages at the Calgary North store and nobody has even bothered to return my calls.
