I originally met with Mark to enquire about replacing six large windows in my living room and dining room. Mark was professional and straight forward and his pricing was very reasonable. As well as the six windows, there were arches above the windows that needed to be capped as well. Not only did they cap the arches but Luke custom made the coverings to replicate the design of the original arches. No one else I received quotes from were willing to do that! On the day of installation Luke and his team arrived when they said they would. They took care to cover my hardwood floors and when they were finished they cleaned up completely. They applied calking both outside and inside and covered all nail holes. The frames they used inside were pre-painted so the windows looked finished and although I will paint them I don't have to do so immediately. Luke and his team were courteous and friendly. As well as replacing the windows, they went out of their way to fix an area around my sliding door in the kitchen and to replace a pad in the front door. Thank-you guys. I would recommend you in a heartbeat! The windows look beautiful.

I had purchased a new gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and over the stove microwave for my home and needed someone to disconnect the old appliances then to connect the new appliances. I called Jeff at Appliance Installation Services in Oshawa and he set up a time to complete the job. I thought I would be left with some of the old appliances after delivery of the new ones because I wouldn't be able to disconnect them beforehand. I called Jeff the night before delivery and he said he would come in the morning to disconnect the old appliances then come back later that day after the new ones were delivered to connect them. He included this service in the price he had quoted and didn't charge for two calls. Jeff arrived when he said he would and brought any connectors necessary with him. He was knowledgable and courteous. When he finished the connections he completely tested that the appliances were working and there were no leaks. I was very impressed with his willingness to accommodate changes in scheduling, the quality of his work and I felt his price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call Jeff again or to recommend him.
