I needed a home inspection but wasn't interested in again hiring the last guy I had used. So I conducted some Better Business bureau checks and internet searches to see if I could find someone within my local area who had a good reputation. Sean popped up as the front runner so I decided to take a chance on him. What a great choice! Sean was great at answering my emails and phone calls promptly and professionally. As a result, I did not even bother to meet him in person before the inspection. On inspection day, Sean went through his routine and then walked me through the house when I showed up a few hours later. Sean pointed out things which could be issues, things which were fine and things which were good, all in a language that I understood. I found him to be thorough and fair. Sean conducted the inspection in the morning and had the report to me the same evening. I sent the report to my realtor, who then forwarded the report to the builder. The builder determined that everything Sean had pointed out was reasonable and the issues were rectified. I hope that I will not be buying a house again anytime soon but when I do, Sean is the one I will be contacting for any future inspections.
