In October 2023, my Bloomberg dryer stopped working. I contacted this company and they sent a repair man to diagnois the problem. He said that he needed to order a part and it would take two weeks for it to arrive. I paid $159 and it is now April 2024, and they have NOT returned to repair my dryer. I have called them numerous times and left voicemails and they do not respond and/or answer! I am a lawyer and smalls claim court seems to be the way to go!!
