We purchased our new home that needed some TLC and upgrades and wanted to find a contractor we can trust. After hearing back from Ian thru HomeStars, he immediately made us feel comfortable. He said he would show up later that week and walk us thru options, based on our needs. Ian lived up to his promise and came well prepared to our meeting. After explaining what we wanted done, Ian took it away and said he would be in contact, which he was several times since the beginning of the project. From the very start of the planning stages to the final day execution of the work completion, Ian had a vested interest in our project and personally saw it through to the end. Most importantly, Ian was very professional through-out the project, even when timelines may have been an opportunity, Ian and his crew did whatever it took to get the job done.
