It was time to replace our old oil boiler - it was inefficient, dirty and our insurance company was after us to replace the oil tank. We called Belyea on the recommendation of my brother in law who is a heating and cooling professional. In a couple days Jameson dropped by and reviewed our needs and explained the options available to my wife and me. Belyea came out few weeks later and installed a new gas fired boiler in our home. Paul, Shawn and Mike were very professional and nice people. The installation went without a hitch and it works great. The new boiler is quiet, clean and MUCH more efficient. Hi, our shower valve was suddenly very leaky and we called Mike at WaterWorks to have a look. He was able to swap out the Moen shower valve cartridge with a bit of effort - it's close to 10 years old so it was pretty stuck. The shower worked fine the next day, but soon started to leak again. We called WaterWorks and Mike came back the next day and found that the valve cartridge was full of gunk from our water heater. Mike explained that our 10 year old water heater should be replaced. And Mike replaced the valve cartridge again to get our shower working. Thanks Mike - works like a charm now.

We noticed cracks in our wall a few years ago and they have gotten bigger over time. Green Maple brought in an engineer and made the structural repairs needed to make the house safe. Also included in our renovation was new drywall on the walls and ceilings. We also had new flooring installed to complete the look. In all the house is now safe and looks great. Thanks.
