Philip is a very pleasant man to deal with. He did a great job regarding the leak in the eavestrough and corrected the issue with the overflow from the downspout into the eavestrough. He cleaned out the eavestrough of debris something that was never done before another company installed the leaf guard. The debris was part of the problem. We will be asking Philip to come back in the spring to do our windows. He gave us a comparable quote. Thanks again, Philip and see you on the spring.

Alex, a very nice person plus he did a great job. Called him about our problem, he arrived to do the job within 2 hours. Completed the job with 30 minutes. Great job Alex, thank you very much. Considering having him back to do some more work. Alex even cleaned up after the job. Bathroom looked like it did before he arrived. What husband would to that? (LOL)

We needed our trees pruned to allow more light in our back garden. Davey Tree came out, gave an estimate and told us what they would be doing for the money and made recommendations. Within a week the crew came and did the work exactly as laid out in the quote with the desired result. The service from start to finish was excellent. The crew, Graham and Austin, were great. They worked making sure they they did no damage to our property nor the neighbors. The part that pleased us most was the time and effort they put into cleaning up. Very professional company. A pleasure to deal with people who act professionally: the the office staff , the salesman and the installers are all a credit to the Company. Sandip, the salesman is a professional and a gentleman in his dealings. Mike and John, the installers, could not have done a better job. Very neat installation. They treated our home as if it were their own. Tying all together is an office staff that contacts the customer at the crucial stages. We highly recommend this Company.

We went with Imperial Roofs after getting 2 estimates from 2 large contractors that offered the system we wanted but with a very high cost that seemed to included a ridiculous 50 year warranty. Imperial did the job with the materials we specified, did the job in less time and in a very professional manner. They took care and cleaned up after the job was done. We would recommend Stefan and crew any time!
