We wanted to replace an ancient and broken floor drain and install a back water flow valve. Michael and his crew replaced the drain, installed a second floor drain, and installed the back water valve. They also replaced part of the sewage line to the city that they discovered a crack in while scoping the line. They communicated extremely well about the process, handled all the permits and forms for the city of Toronto's rebate for the valve, and did a great job cleaning up. Overall very happy with the experience, would definitely use them again.
