Replaced 8 large windows which were probably from the 1970s. What a difference! Beautiful clean window boxes and sills. The way the windows open, and how the screen retracts is so novel, it's like magic (of course)! The windows look so clear and expansive. Our home is now noticeably quieter and draftless. We were very happy with the sales person and the installers, in fact it was a joy to have them over, to the point my wife was making coffee and muffins for the team! Our windows required more work than the usual and it took a few days. So worth it. One of the windows required tweaking, and a technician came a couple of days later to make adjustments. Communication with the company, whether it was the sales department, installation, or follow up inspection was a pleasure.
