I decided to use FROGBOX on a whim. I saw a tweet raving about their services and knew I'd be in need of something in addition to the boxes I was planning on using for my move, so I checked out their website. I was pleased to discover that the pricing was very reasonable and that I would be able to schedule a drop-off in short notice. The team delivering my items was supposed to come sometime between 6:30-8:30PM. I was amazed to find them waiting in front of my house at 6:15PM when I got home from work (not many companies show up on time, much less early!). The team was also very kind and gave me some great tips on how to use the boxes. My friends who helped in the move raved about how easy the FROGBOXes made the process: no awkwardly-shaped or random boxes without handles, but instead sturdy, stackable units that fit perfectly in our moving van. The pick-up of my FROGBOXes went just as well as the drop-off. I highly recommend using FROGBOX. Their customer service is great (thanks Deb!). Also, in a city like Toronto, space is at a premium and you're often left without room to store cardboard boxes you used in your move. Make it easy: rent FROGBOXes and have it all taken away when you're finished! I also highly recommend using a wardrobe box. It saves considerable time transferring hanging clothes, as there is no need to remove your items from hangers, fold and box up only to hang them all back up in your new place. Just a simple transfer from the box to the closet. I will be using FROGBOX in all my future moves and know that a lot of my friends will be, too.
