Hmmm, I really do not think I could write all the great things that we are soooo pleased with! Konstantin came to our home on April 24th and then again on April 27th when my husband was home to see why I was so excited about Vinyl Pro windows!! First and foremost, we do not like and have never liked fast talking salesmen!! Konstantin is the exact opposite, being very friendly, easy to get along with and very informative. We saw many different examples and chose the one we thought would look best inside and outside of our home! He was not a fast talking salesman, nor was he pushy in any way, shape or form! Konstantin is the type of person anyone would want as a salesman!! We were so very excited when we ordered our windows and doors, with excellent advice from Konstantin, and couldn't wait for them to be installed! To our surprise, the order was ready 3 weeks ahead of time!! That in itself is impressive!! We got to see the Vinyl Pro team in action on May 20th! It was an amazing experience to watch them (sorry cannot remember their names) work so hard, to make our really yucky, ugly rotting old windows and doors look so beautiful, we do not even want to get any window curtains to cover the beauty that gives us warm fuzzies as we enjoy each day admiring them! We did of course get curtains for the bedroom windows though! The team was very efficient, pleasant, and a joy to have around! We still can't get over how different our home looks inside and outside! We feel we are in a brand new home! The windows are so easy to open and clean, we wish would have done this years ago! We have given recommends to some of our friends, and am sure they will be just as pleased and excited as we are! Vinyl Pro thank you a million times over for all your hard work, dedication and clean up after!! The windows also make each room look bigger than before, and the design of the new front door gives us more light!! As we drive along, we look at all the houses and observe them thinking how great they would look if only they came to Vinyl Pro!! Many, many thanks again to a wonderful team for such an amazing job!!
