AR in Allenby, North Toronto

I used Valentin's service before so i called him when i had a sewer backup into the basement. I called after work hours and Valentin was at my house at 7 AM the next morning with his camera which pushed through the blockage. He also ran through a "snake" to remove roots found in the drain.

We were silly enough to store almost all our photos on one laptop with no backup. The hard drive was not accessable. Pete retreived everything much to our delight. Pete also set up printer access and helped out with other issues we had. The rate charged is reasonable. Pete is very customer focused and I'll certainly this comany again for future work and recommend them to my friends. We were 100% satisfied with Pete's work.

Andrea was very flexible in coming to see me in my Roncesvalles home and gave us great advice. Andrea help us select the colours for all the rooms, helped us choose the tiles, granite countertop, taking into consideration the wood floor the kitchen cabinets, the tin ceiling. Andrea could visualize how things would look the way I could not and was not afraid to tell me when she didn't think a colour or a countertop would work. I was on a tight budget and I overspent a bit because I had to ask Andrea to come back several times but that was due to my lack of planning. We will not hesitate in recommending Andrea

Trevor and Ivan did a great job in smoothing out bad walls. They came in on short notice, were very easy to deal with and covered off work that another plasterer left to go for a more lucrative job. They came in on a Saturday and juggled their schedule as much as possible to hit my deadline for moving in.

Roy is a great representative and very good at managing the customer relations and making a stong effort to accomodate requests by the customer. Roy was able to accomodate my timeline which involved putting in new plywood and then coming back 5 weeks later to do the rest of the job while we did other work in. Roy came by on several occasions to discuss details about the job and came up with good solutions.

Tom, who runs the company is a grade above others. He came when he said for his quote (something basis, but not found in the others who I spoke with); though late starting my job due to other work and weather, when they did get to it, the roof was done as expected in one day and appears to have been done carefully and made to last. I'll likely use Mega City to do the rest of our roof next year. Prices are competitive.
