Positives: -Very friendly and polite. -I like that they wrapped furniture with blankets, and wrapped mattresses with plastic covers, to protect them. -Laid down floor runners to keep floors clean. Didn't scratch floors or walls. -Arrived slightly late (likely due to morning rush hour traffic), but finished the job ahead of schedule. Negatives: -Forgot to bring toolbox. Luckily, we have screw driver. -Broke two fluorescent light bulbs and warped a lamp cover, but did not tell us. -For the high price, not as gentle with the stuff as we expected. Overall, a good experience, we're happy with the move! Not perfect, but no one is perfect...
