One fine day(in winters), out hot water and heat stopped working. Sandpiper resolved that issue after 15 days, that too after rigorous follow-ups and various visits by different technicians. After few days, that problem occurred again and we told Sandpiper to resolve that. They told there is a part replacement, and part will come in 3 days. After 5 days, I was told everyday that technician will visit today. After getting the same response and no visit from technician, after 7 days, i get a call that technician will visit with a a different part taking another week. All these days, (15-20 days) there was no heat or hot water. I was not able to use dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. I was washing dishes with cold water and we were not able to take even bath showers. This experience is horrible. Still, I have no heat and hot water in my house. We have been calling Sandpiper daily for the updates
