The service we received from Karl was exceptional, he is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. A real professional who went above and beyond in repairing our oven. We could see that he that takes pride in doing a great job. We appreciate that he took the time to explain what the issue was and that he walked us through the repair process. He was efficient at diagnosing the issue and was able to successfully repair our oven the same day. Karl was more than fair on pricing and he was honest throughout the entire process.
