URSA is a non-profit organization that works directly with individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. We have been working directly with Arpi's since 2012. They complete all our plumbing and HVAC needs for all our residential group homes. I just wanted to say how much I truly appreciate everything Arpi’s does for URSA. We had an emergency incident at one of our group homes this morning and your staff have been incredible in dealing with the situation and being quick with solutions and completing repairs. Also, Vern came directly on-site to ensure everything was okay. We can’t thank you all enough for always going above and beyond for URSA and ensuring the safety of our clients is #1.
